Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of service completion if deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications outlined in the quotation. The service must not have been fully utilized or deployed.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Submit a written refund request within 14 days of completion
• Include documentation of the issue or non-compliance
• Our team will review within 5 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days

3. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may apply if work has been partially completed or partially utilized. The refund amount will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Custom development work that has been delivered and accepted
• Services that have been fully deployed and utilized
• Hosting and domain registration fees (unless cancelled within 30 days)
• Consulting and advisory services

5. Monthly Services

Monthly subscription services can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. No refunds are provided for partial months unless the service was not provided.

6. Disputes

In case of disputes regarding refunds, both parties agree to attempt resolution through discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled according to South African consumer protection laws.
